Session Booking

Sessions are confirmed only after payment.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

• At least 24 hours’ notice is required

• Changes within 24 hours may not be accommodated

Refunds

• Payments are generally non-refundable

• Exceptions may be considered in specific cases

Missed Sessions

Missed sessions without prior notice will be considered as completed and are non-refundable.
